In this case a full court dog and pony show put on by a very funny (but slightly crazy) guy who doesn't think he has a problem as is completely capable of running a major Canadian city.

I suppose if you set the leadership bar low enough, anyone could get elected to public office as long as they (or someone that wants to write their scripts) has enough cash in the pot.

One roll call of the US Congress would easily clarify that contention. I continuously hear the Koch Brothers, for example, when a Republican stands up and opens his mouth. Actors are my favorites; Reagan played a great GB senior.

But hey, it's not only us. The Canadians seem to have the same problem. The only difference is they prefer Clowns.
