Democrat Rep Claims Joe Biden DID NOT Say 'You Ain't Black' Remarks | News Thud

‘If you don’t help Joe Biden cover up his gaffes; you ain’t black’
Democrat Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) has falsely claimed that former Vice President Joe Biden didn’t even say his widely condemned “you ain’t black” remarks last week.
Rep. Jackson Lee made the unconvincing claim that the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee didn’t actually make the comments, that have been slammed as racist and arrogant.
As video an interview on “The Breakfast Club” with co-host Charlamagne Tha God clearly shows, Biden said, “If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”
During an appearance on Fox News, Jackson Lee made the false claim in Biden’s defence when asked about the remark during an interview with anchor Bret Baier.
“I mean, you would say to somebody in your district who’s an African American, who perhaps enjoyed the historically low African American unemployment, the support for historically black colleges and universities, the prison reform and justice reform, and they said, you know what, I’m going to vote for Donald Trump,” Baier said.
“They are not less black tonight, right?” the Fox News host asked.

“I don’t believe anyone who saw that exchange would in any way suggest that anyone is blacker, blackest, or less black,” Rep. Jackson Lee claimed.
“That exchange was in jest, but on second thought, it could have been spoken differently.”
“And what I would say to you is that that was not what the vice president said in terms of those words,” Jackson Lee falsely claimed.
Baier concluded the segment by saying, “He did say what he said, and he apologized.”
