Data uncover nation’s top Medicare billers



The government insurance program for older people paid nearly 4,000 physicians in excess of $1 million each in 2012, according to the new data. Those figures do not include what the doctors billed private insurance firms.


These doctors would rather not disclose the information claiming it violates their privacy? And that Americans may get the wrong idea about what's going on?



Does that sound familiar? It usually comes from those who have something to hide.


The release of the information gives the public access for the first time to the billing practices of individual doctors nationwide. Consumer groups and news outlets have pressured Medicare to release the data for years. And in doing so Wednesday, Medicare officials said they hope the data will expose fraud, inform consumers and lead to improvements in care.

The American Medical Association and other physician groups have resisted the data release, arguing that the information violates doctor privacy and that the public may misconstrue details about individual doctors.

The point being; Americans are just too dumb to know when they are getting screwed. After all we have the best healthcare system in the world. You know what; I know of a hell of a buy on a bridge you might be interested in.

What get's overlooked and is a far more serious and dangerous is this clowns psychopathy. To be able to look you straight in the eyes and lie without even blinking.



He's not at all an exception, which is even a bigger problem because with enough money backing them up these are the kind of people we fill our halls of congress with. One look around and it's obvious they far outnumber

those few politicians that actually have morals, values, and stand up for them.



Today's Congress is nothing more than an overpriced brothel filled with sociopaths who prostitute themselves without the least bit hesitation and will say and do anything they are told to by those who procure their services.



Simply put, they are whores and their John's are well known to most Americans for their ability to throw their money around. The Koch brothers who are notorious for letting themselves be sucked on by politicians. The "almost dead" gambling mogul Sheldon A just threw a big bash to which the band of hookers gathered to in Vegas 

Who wants to marry a billionaire?

John Kasich does. So do Scott Walker, Chris Christie and Jeb Bush.


When Sheldon Adelson, the world’s eighth-richest person, according to Forbes, let it be known that he was looking for a Republican candidate to back in the 2016 presidential race, these four men rushed to Las Vegas over the weekend to see if they could arrange a quickie marriage in Sin City between their political ambitions and Adelson’s $39.9 billion fortune.

Adelson was hosting the Republican Jewish Coalition at his Venetian hotel and gambling complex, and the would-be candidates paraded themselves before the group, hoping to catch the 80-year-old casino mogul’s eye. Everybody knows that, behind closed doors, politicians often sell themselves to the highest bidder; this time, they were doing it in public, as if vending their wares at a live auction.

If it acts like a hooker,talks like a hooker, chances are it is a hooker. 

Placing any of these money grubbing sociopaths in public office is nothing short of selling out your country to people like the Koch brothers or Sheldon A.

Any smart American with any respect for the Constitution and their "vote" needs to take a good look "behind" who they are giving their vote to.  Our friend from Louisiana is just a small example of what happens when you don't.

It's no wonder pill heads and dri-drunks like Limbaugh and Beck have such a large following given the number of Americans who live in the same world as these wackos do.



A world full of boogeymen that stir paranoia, anxiety, insomnia, and a load of other mental disorders that send Americans scrambling to their local Walmart to buy another gun and then off to the clinic to "ask their doctor" about another drug to water down reality.

Just as a few hoard all the wealth so do a few ingest all the drugs; both addictions that left to their own devices will sooner or later come to a bad ending.

It's also no surprise that Americans don't seem to have a clue about the mess this country is in and that it's on a fast-trak to total and complete self-destruction. 

But then, that's the course drug addiction takes. Don't stop till you crash an burn, while life in denial goes on.

These two horny old farts will buy as many of those hookers that line up with their hands out. They have no morals, no sense of patriotism, or respect for the Constitution.



What drives them is their obsessive need for power and incessant greed.



Let there be no doubt the hookers in Congress will continue sucking from the Kochs and the only way to clean up the smelly mess they leave behind is send them packing this coming mid-term.



There's no doubt this government reeks of corruption but the responsibility for clearing the air is up to the American voter who have the power of the vote (when they use it) to elect a government that represents them, their families, and their communities.



If the way the Supreme Corrupted Court  is behaving these days is any sign of things to come the window of opportunity is quickly closing as they premeditatedly strip the rights of individual Americans at every opportunity.

Human beings are assumed to be of a higher intelligence than other creatures on this planet. But, looking at the way they behave it's really hard to believe that's true.



Take Israelis for example. Rather than compromising with the Palestinians by allowing each to form a state and live side by side they would rather live behind a concrete wall lined with electrified fencing, much like what you find surrounding prisons.



What do these people tell their children as they are growing up in this self-imposed prison? What is the rationale they use in order to make sense out of something that is on it's face absurd.

Worse yet the US supports this bunker mentality policy and, in fact, there are those in the US who would like to do the same here.



Idiots, is the only word that comes to mind.



Everyone knows what the solution to the Israeli/Palestinian conflict is; 2 states! No walls, no nukes, no massive armies, just a line on a map signifying the borders of Israel and Palestine; something Israelis understand very well given that at one time they were in the Palestinian position. Without a homeland. Still, they seem completely blinded by some crazy "might is right" ideology.



If Americans allow that kind of crazy minded ideology to grab hold here we will soon also be living in a self-imposed prison. The rationale for it here is even crazier than in Israel.



We want to build a wall to keep migrant workers and drug dealers out. At first blush that sounds reasonable until you look at the fact that both migrant workers and drugs are in "high" demand in this country. Americans want cheap labor to pick their fruits and vegetables because it keeps prices down. And, even greater still, is the American demand and consumption of drugs.

Israelis and Americans alike need to realize that building walls does not keep out reality.

So, the question that needs to be asked and answered is. Why the walls? Who is profiting from them?

We are our own worse enemy. By creating and promoting a culture that entertains itself on violence,  Where kids as young as 3 years old are handed assault weapons by their parents. Where  the solution to preventing violence is by using more violence. Where there are more guns on the streets of America than people. Where paranoia, anxiety, insomnia, and drugs are doled out like candy to numb those fears it's amazing that the society is able to function; though not very well these days.



America is wounded and the wound is self-inflicted which is why "all this stuff keeps happening."

MORE POWERFUL THAN GUNS; YOUR VOTE

Americans are so occupied worrying about bogeymen with guns coming to get them that they are ignoring the real threat.

What Americans should be afraid of are bad guys with money, not bad guys with guns. Bottom feeding scum who are systematically buying politicians who whore themselves out to the highest bidder (which now includes SCOTUS) and going about the business of stripping Americans of their wealth and liberties.

The Constitution is being gutted, leaving little of what it was intended to provide to the average individual in protecting their rights. The vote, which was once the most powerful weapon any 1 person had in defending themselves against tyrants has been successfully diluted by 5 politically appointed Millionaire Republicans SCOTUS , leaving the individual powerless against large multi-national corporations owned and operated by mostly old rich white men who were first given "personhood" (Citizens United) and now are allowed to spend as much money as they want to buy the government to serve their interests (Mc Cutcheon).

It's not difficult to see how this plays out. All one needs to do is go back to the War of Independence to understand why Americans fought and died to free themselves from what is now sitting on their doorsteps.

What Americans need to pay attention to is not how many guns they have, but to that 1 vote which is theirs and theirs alone, and use it to bring these tyrants down.

The upcoming mid-term elections will determine which direction this country will go in;

* Begin the healing process and bring back the middle class

* Finish transforming this country into a Plutocracy; ruled by the rich, for the rich.
