The way to tell when someone is lying is to observe their mannerisms and inflections in their voice; like the creepy nervous laugh Hillary blasted out in response to her vengeance towards Kavanaugh.
Much like Avenatti, the creepy porn lawyer who distracts from the BS he spews by overstating how "true and credible" his over-the-top claims are.
In both cases there really is something creepy going on.
