Are Democrats running Biden to give Obama a 3rd term?

Looking for a logical explanation as to why the Establishment Elites of the Democrat party would pick a senile, washed up, burned out politician as their candidate for POTUS is not easy to come by,

UNLESS;

when you look as to who is calling the shots and even making more real time campaign speeches than their candidate (who rarely comes out of his basement) it pretty much looks like Barack Obama and his well greased Obama Alumni Asscociation that are being bankrolled by the likes of billionaires like Soros and most recent "Widow Jobs" of the Apple Jobs, the picture quickly comes into focus.

And, it makes sense since this guy will make an ideal "Oval Office Prop" that will only speak if Obama hands him a cue card and just mumble the rest of the time while Obama and Friends take over the country's political system; again!

So, the question to ask American voters is; Do you want Obama back?
