I think the word is "arrogant" not foolish. The Clinton's have been getting away with so much these days that thumbing their nose at their opponents is too much to resist.
Given the pickle that Hillary is in; bogged down in multiple investigations and what not, it's understandable that Bill would be touching bases with people in the inner circle just in case the sh*t was getting ready to hit the fan.
One way to clear the air about these behind the scenes chats with the AG is to ask her about them "under oath." Time for another hearing folks.
