IF NOT HILLARY THEN WHO'S IN CHARGE OF US EMBASSIES?

Excuse me but the last time I checked the SOS (Hillary) is the person in charge of US embassies and, subsequently what happens there on their watch.

One of Hillary's weaknesses is that she goes out of her way to avoid taking responsibility (a lousy character trait for a Commander and Chief.)

Bottom line, there were deaths in Benghazi as a result of poor security and lousy communication on Hillary's watch. The buck stops there.
