Even though these payoffs are not to be used to cover up crimes when it comes to the wealthy and their victims it does just that.
The notorious "Non Disclosure Agreement" another term for "money talks - bullshit walks" has successfully been used on too many to count occasions to compensate what appears to be victims of sex crimes in order to entice them to collaborate in obstructing justice.
Given that gross miscarriage of justice it should come as no surprise that these sex crimes are so rampant.
The question that begs answering is; are we blaming the victim if we confront the hypocrisy in walking away with a suitcase of cash and allowing these predators to continue committing the same crime over and over again?
