He was the only one who responded to Joe Kennedy's plea for heating oil for the poor and the elderly; not in Velenzuela, but the United States. The richest "super power" in the world needs to turn to another country for aid to provide their poor with heating oil? To a despotic banana republic dictator at that! Or so we like to call him. All other oil companies refused to help? Does this mean that this one and only lifeline "JOE-4-OIL" just died along with Chavez?
